Install windows on Ubuntu 16 x64

Hey DO community. I am really confused about this thing, so I bought a ubuntu 16 vps from DO. And I have mounted recovery iSo and enabled ssh keys. But I don’t know what to do next? I’m just surrounded by confusions. Would be glad if you could provide me with commands leading to straight solution. Thank You

We do not offer or support running Windows on Droplets.

Hello, all

Currently, DigitalOcean only allows the deployment of Linux based OS’s. You may be able to achieve this however by creating your own custom Windows ISO image and then using that when creating your Droplet.

I recommend that you add your vote to the Windows Server idea on our Product Ideas Board as well as commenting your use-case there so that our teams can better understand the demand for this.
