Over the past couple of days I have been having sporadic issues establishing connections to my droplet hosted in the NYC2 region. It seems fairly consistent either when trying to SSH into the server, or establishing a VPN (OpenVPN) connection (even when connected, traffic just ‘stalls’ for some period of time, forcing a disconnect then a re-connect).

Has anyone else been experiencing the same issues?
