IP address displayed in url

My ip address is displayed in the url for all pages except for the home page. Is there a name record I can create to fix this?

possibly you have some DNS misconfiguration, not sure though.

make sure they are like this one without MX and A mail records:

what is your web server? and did you replace your IP with hostname?
