IPv6 intermittent failures from device

My IPv6 for my droplet keeps failing after being up for a few seconds. The IPv6 router is 2604:a880:1:20::1
ip -6 neigh
2604:a880:1:20::1 dev eth0 lladdr 00:00:5e:00:02:14 router STALE

When I flush the neigh by
ip -6 neigh flush

it starts working for a few pings and then fails again. About 9 pings and then it again freezes. Probably some sysctl that is not compatible to the DO’s infrastructure. Can anybody provide a pointer
