eric, i was running IRC for a full year, and there is no problems, they don't offer Ddos protection, so if you are getting packets attacks the account will just be suspended automatically to stop the attack on their infrastructures. So, it's ok to run a bouncer, but don't rely on it to host the IRCDs.
