Hi, I would like to know is DO 512RAM suitable and enough to run HHVM in a 64-bit Ubuntu 14.04 LEMP Stack + Wordpress?

There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to run a WordPress site with that setup. The thing to watch out for is MySql’s memory consumption. You’ll definitely want to set up a swap file to give you some breathing room in case of a memory spike. Looking into some sort of caching is always a good idea whether it’s a plugin like WP Super Cache or setting up Varnish in front of Nginx.
