Is cyberpanel free? then why does it ask to upgrade while i want to install wordpress?

if cyberpanel is free, why does it ask me to upgrade? if i want to install wordpress on it?

I believe that the CyberPanel WordPress Manager that you are referring to is indeed part of their paid version.
If you don’t want to use their paid version, what you could do is to create a website first and then install WordPress manually by following their step-by-step documentation here:

CyberPanel comes with a free version and an Enterprise version (paid). With the free version, you can still install and manage WordPress. However, the paid Enterprise version offers additional features and benefits.
