Been with DO for the last 6 years, support seems to be getting worse

My recent tickets this year, mostly about packet lost, will get a reply in 3 - 4 hours avg. That is… not great already.

But my new ticket (#3161461), also about packet lost, still waiting for a first acknowledgement after 10 hours! Imagine you have problem in network connection and getting zero reply from your provider!

Apologies for the lack of response here. I’ve just checked in with our support folks and it sounds like your ticket has since been resolved by our networking team.

Really sorry that you experienced a delay in getting a response from the support teams, this was likely due to delays over the New Year period.

No, the support has definitely gotten worse. There is no way anyone should be using DigitalOcean for their production site. I have 9 hours of downtime right now and no response from my ticket.
