Is it possible to have a so-called (commissioned) dataprocessing contract signed with DO?

Posted on January 25, 2016

I’d like to use digital ocean to set up a VPS for a new company blog. Being situated in Germany, it’s important to sign a so-called “Auftragsdatenverarbeitungsvertrag” (commissioned dataprocessing contract) with the party where the website is located at.

I don’t know if you’re familiar with that legal topic. It’s quite a specific German necessity.
