Is it possible to install another distro?

Deployment Arch Linux

I would really, really like to have a server with another distribution (I would like to try Arch, for example; if anyone here says it is possible and not against rules I'll try it locally and probably deploy it on a droplet), but of course DO can't provide every single one of them; could I download an .iso file on a droplet, created another partition and put it there, then boot it with GRUB and install a distro on the main partition?
(It's weird how we can select Arch, which can't be installed, as a distribution and not Fedora, which can)

While we cannot support running unoffical distributions on your droplets it is possible to get an Arch droplet running. It is not possible to import an ISO image via the control panel but a third party script is available here, which will convert a Debian droplet into an Arch one.

Note that since this is not officially supported, our support team will not be able to assist you in troubleshooting anything within your Arch droplet.
