Tell me pls, i have fully configured and working server with nginx+mysql+php5-fpm+memcached, is it possible to install VestaCP on it, or it must be installed on clear droplet ?

Most control panels. including VestaCP require a clean installation of the OS. Attempting an install on an already configured server will likely fail and may wipe out your existing configuration
