Hello, i just have 2 simple questions to ask.
- Is it possible to portforward?
- If it is possible to portforward, am i allowed to host a gameserver?

All ports are already open, I’m sure you’re allow to run a game server though you can’t use all the resources up all the time.
As Codmadnesspro stated there is no need to port forward. All the ports for your assigned IP address are available and are not behind NAT (Network Address Translation), which is the only reason you would need to forward a port.
You may be having an issue with the default firewall on the system you have chosen to install if you are unable to connect.
