I have existing Rails project and want to use Spaces. I worrying about existing files uploaded on the server. Please suggest any solutions?

Yes, there are no restrictions, you can use spaces with an existing project. You just need to plan the change first.
For example, if you want to copy your existing files to the Space, you could use a tool like Cyberduck or s3cmd or Transmit to copy the files over.

Once the files have been copied over to the Space, you could proceed with your implementation.
I as a suggestion, make sure to always take a backup of your server, before making large changes to your code base, that way if anything goes wrong, you could always revert back.
