interestingly the droplet is showing something like this
263 packets transmitted, 118 packets received, 55.1% packet loss round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 239.730/290.702/394.282/39.353 ms
not very impressed instead. And i don’t think i see ANY support available on DO. correct me if im wrong.
As this droplet is in region 3, I suspect this had to do with the connectivity issues that the San Francisco datacenter experienced this weekend:

I can ping the ip and it’s answering ssh on port 22. What sort of trouble are you having?
Something like this should probably be handled with a support ticket next time so you get a faster response if the network actually was down.
