I could see that there is a phone app for DO but does not look official. “digital ocean swimmer android” - please let me know if this is ok to use it.

It is actually an open-source application and you could review the code on GitHub directly in case that you have any security concerns:

Also as far as I can see it has a good rating on Google Play, so it might be worth giving it a try.
However, keep in mind that it is not an official DigitalOcean product, so DigitalOcean would not be responsible in case the app malfunctions.
