Is there a way to troubleshoot 500 "Internal Server Error" with an "UnknownError" response from Spaces API when uploading an object to a bucket?

API Object Storage

I'm trying to use the Spaces REST api to upload an object, a jpg image. I got the authentication to work, but now I'm getting Error 500 "UnknownError"

PUT https://bucket-name.sgp1.digitaloceanspaces.com/wwwroot/sized_images/000-1234.0.450x450.jpg
I've included Auth headers that seem to work..

I was getting Error 403 for awhile until I got the authentication right.

But this is my response:
<?xml version=\"1.0\" encoding=\"UTF-8\"?><Error><Code>UnknownError</Code><BucketName>jewelry-store</BucketName><RequestId>tx00000000000000005d1d9-005ad80d38-4feff-sgp1a</RequestId><HostId>4feff-sgp1a-sgp</HostId></Error>

I'm using ASP.NET Core and testing it from my MacBook.

I've also tested the content with a text file, changing the Content-Type to text/plain, and I've tested it with image StreamContent, changing the Content-Type to image/jpeg.

I wonder if there's a way to get a more specific error that what I got so I can figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team. They can check on this and ensure that there is no widespread issue that could be causing the errors you are seeing.
