Question

Is there any additional cost for using cpanel?

Hi, I’m reading a lot that if I install the Cpanel+VHM directly from the Marketplace on my droplet I get 15 days trial free.

I did that but I cannot find the price after those 15 days. How much it costs? Thanks!

Hi, @guillermodelicia

cPanel/WHM is available in our marketplace https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/cpanel-whm and you can quickly deploy your cPanel droplet using the one-click app.

cPanel is a third party application managed through our Marketplace. New installations of cPanel come with a 15 day free trial. For further use beyond that point a valid license will need to be purchased directly through cPanel. https://store.cpanel.net/view/cpanel/license-options?type=VPS

Please refer to below link for further details:

Hope this helps!

Hi @guillermodelicia,

The cPanel pricing is domain-based, If I’m not mistaken. After your 15 day trial, the license will expire and in order to renew it, you’ll need to do so from cPanel itself. Here is the Pricing I could find on the website :

https://cpanel.net/pricing/

They’ll issue you a paid certificate for you which will allow you to use cPanel’s WHM options to full extend.
