Hi,

Is there any limit to outgoing email addresses? I checked the TOS section, but was not able to get the figures.

I am planning to get an instance for promotional emails.

Please let me know.

Nope,

Since it's your sever, you have no limit. Although you have to make sure that the promotional emails don't violate the terms. i.e, make sure you are not sending spam.
