Hi, My OS is ubuntu 17.04 after download and unzip the latest version of Ghost by below command: ``wget https://ghost.org/zip/ghost-latest.zip``` I figure out there isn’t any config.expamle.js. How can set my domain and db when there isn’t any config file.

You need to install Ghost using the wizard and it’ll generate the configuration for you. Follow the official tutorial: https://docs.ghost.org/v1.0.0/docs/install Not sure why they removed the config example files from the newer version.
