Hello!
I am looking to create a link to be able to read webmail with squirrelmail, from address: webmail.vabakutselised.eu and I would like mail server to be able to use mail.vabakutselised.eu for smtp etc. sending and receiving.
Is this configured correctly: screenshot ?
If not, then how to set it up properly, it’s really confusing.

That looks correct. You can delete the second CNAME record (*.webmail), it’s not needed.
