What is the reason for this report?

Is this correct,i am not getting the else part and value of second query

Without knowing more about the underlying code I cannot say why you are not getting anything from your second query.

Your else statement will never be called because since you are assigning elements to the $result array/hash it will always be set and the if statement will always be true.
