Anybody knows why i got :
Job for apache2.service failed because of unavailable resources or another system error.
I can’t restart apache and mysql

can you provide us with your apache error log. Additionally, when you try to start Apache and MySQL can you provide us with the output of
journalctl -xe | tail -n 100
My suggestions would be to check your running processes, it’s possible that another process is keeping Apache or MySQL from starting.
Another issue might be the lack of disk space. This is a common error when services are not able to start.
