Im super frustrated as when i click the launch button on the dashboard for a droplet nothing happens. i was initially using Safari and now im doing it through firefox with no success

I’m sorry about the trouble you’re having with this. I’ve not heard similar reports. Any chance that neither Safari nor Firefox on your system are running without installed extensions? You might try disabling extensions or in a privacy/incognito mode to see if the result is different. It sounds to me like something is blocking the popup.
