How could digitalocean destroy my droplets? We have paid now but the Launch console is missing, we have had no notice what so ever so far saying that its going to be removed In the past, we have paid the someway but we got all working fine. thses are the recent events happend on my account, ubuntu-s-2vcpu-4gb-nyc1-01 removed by DO Admin 20 days ago ubuntu-s-2vcpu-4gb-nyc1-01 destroyed by DO Admin 20 days ago ubuntu-s-2vcpu-4gb-nyc1-01 powered off by DO Admin 1 month ago Please reply ASAP

Hey friend,

I’m very sorry to hear that this came unexpected. On the first of each month we bill for the usage in the previous month. If we cannot bill you we send email notices. If this continues until the 21st of that next month, we suspend the account in hopes that shutting off the droplets will gain your attention if the emails did not make it to you. If this still fails and another 14 days passes, we consider the account to be abandoned and remove the data to clear room for other customers.
