Is there a lighter, simpler-to-configure webserver which is more of a out of box product than Nginx (or Apache2)?
Is there some kind of underdog to these two?
Software in which running PHPmyadmin or WordPress confs will take much less effort and wouldn’t require server block files or any changes to the conf.
Is there such an implausible webserver you recommend of?

Not necessarily easier to config. I really do not think you are going to get easier to config then NGINX aside from one button installs but there is this very light webserver.
