"Looks like something went wrong" when try to enter in network domain (servers status ok)

I try to config my CNAME beacuse certbot response with error NXDOMAIN bla bla, but always obatain the error “Looks like something went wrong”. I cant log in in the support portal (We were unable to log you into the support portal) :( Any idea?

Hi turendu,

from what I understand, you are looking to configure your CNAME DNS record for your domain,is that correct?

Please confirm the CNAME record you need to configure, what needs to be the content and where it needs to point at?

Let me give you an example:

If you need to add a www CNAME record to your root domain, the record would look like:

Content

www.domain.com

Destination

domain.com

Hi Kalin,

Yes, I try to configure CNAME for turendu.net.ar. I can access to my site using the domanin name, but cant finish the config certbot. Then try to config domain and obtain that error (Looks like something went wrong) . cerbot error: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Wr4BCFtHS1P2naoTy-4q0PTjMAsCAscS/view?usp=sharing
