For a few months, downloading a zip file (~ 10-15 gb), from one of my servers, had a speed of 8-9 MB/s per seconds. For about 1 week the transfer speed slowed down to a crawl - around ~250KB/s.
Anybody got any similar issue?

Keep in mind that download speed can vary depending on many factors. It will be the best to test if you internet connection is good and you can download files from other sources without any issues.
