I spend time making up all the details for a new product in magento for our website store and the moment I click save the new product it tells me- 504 Gateway Time-out nginx
What does this mean and no one else is getting this error when adding products with admin priviledges just me? Running Windows 7, Firefox.

One of the reasons might be that your internet connection is slower so it takes longer to save the product.
The solution to this is to increase your php memory limit and time limit and see if this solves your problem.
