Check your droplet IP, if it returns High Risk you could try the same solution he did.

Use a service like to send your server emails, is free up to 12k email a month, and help you configure dkim and spf records needed for today’s email standards.

Sometimes this happens when you PT records don’t match. I would use MXtoolbox and do a reverse lookup test see if everything is setup properly.

Another solution would be to use mandrill as @EpicCDN already mentioned.

Try to install DKIM & SPF for mail server.

A carefully tailored SPF record will reduce the likelihood of your domain name getting fraudulently spoofed and keep your messages from getting flagged as spam before they reach your recipients.
