Hi. What type of MongoDb instance DO offers? I mean after ordering “Managed Database” service? Is it standalone, if yes so transactions not work. If it is ReplicaSet then only 1 primary instance. Is it true?

Hi there,
The Managed MongoDB clusters do offer high availability with automated failover. In the event of a failure, managed databases with a standby node will automatically switch data handling to the standby node to prevent unplanned downtime.
But the Managed Databases MongoDB clusters do not support the following features:
When you create a new MongoDB cluster, you will be billed hourly so that way you can test it out fully and delete the cluster after that and only be charged for the time you’ve used it rather than for the whole month.
Hope that this helps!
Best,
Bobby
