What all is running on the server? To be more specific, what stack (LAMP, LEMP, etc) and what other software has been installed (other than WordPress)? And have you modified configuration for any of the software?

The four lines below state that RAM is being exhausted, thus MySQL/MariaDB fails:

InnoDB: mmap(137756672 bytes) failed; errno 12
170228 8:35:47 InnoDB: Fatal error: cannot allocate memory for the buffer pool
170228 8:35:47 [ERROR] mysqld: Out of memory (Needed 128917504 bytes)
170228 8:35:47 [ERROR] mysqld: Out of memory (Needed 96681984 bytes)

Would this happen to be a 512MB Droplet? If so, you will most likely need to upgrade to at least a 1GB as MySQL/MariaDB does tend to need a somewhat decent amount of RAM – even more so when you are running multiple services along with it (i.e. Apache, NGINX, PHP, NodeJS etc).
