Is there a limit on number of droplets I can create under my account?

I plan to host my client’s applications (mostly Wordpress) and have each client have it’s own VPS. Right now, I have like a dozen potential clients, but I hope to grow it into hundred or so.

Is it possible to host all of them on DO under one account?

Yes, there’s a limit. Go to your DO profile and then to settings, you should see an area that says “Droplet Limit”.

I believe the limits are based upon payment options or something, not really sure. I know mine raised over time, at the moment I got 25 droplets as a limit.

Either way, I think you can contact support to increase the droplet limit.

Hello, all

If you want to increase your droplet limit you’ll need to follow these steps:

First, access your account and navigate to your account page.

Once there, you’ll want to click the Increase link to open the form to increase your account’s current limit.if you’re having a limit of 25 the option to increase the limit to 50 should work instantly and the limit will be increased to 50 droplets.

If you require a higher limit, then fill out the form and after you’ve submitted the form, it will then be passed on to DigitalOcean’s support team for review.

Hope that this helps!
Regards,
Alex
