Microsoft deny emails sent from our droplet

Sending emails from droplet has been working, before suddenly it stopped working a few days ago. It is only microsoft who is stopping emails with messages like this one hotmail-com.olc.protection.outlook.com[104.47.57.161] said: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [xx.xxx.xxx.xx] weren’t sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [DM6NAM11FT028.eop-nam11.prod.protection.outlook.com] (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

I’ve checked our IP in reputation checks and dnsbl lists, its not our IP that is the problem, and from the message it is other IP’s in same network. So what to do?
