Hello im just couris about 256bit military grade security firewall or sys log-in
how can i install this type of security? Is there a free code that i can use?

I believe you’re talking about 256bit SSL certificates. You can do that by editing /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and adding
SSLProtocol ALL -SSLv2
SSLHonorCipherOrder On
SSLCipherSuite ECDH+AESGCM:DH+AESGCM:ECDH+AES256:DH+AES256:ECDH+AES128:DH+AES:ECDH+3DES:DH+3DES:RSA+AESGCM:RSA+AES:RSA+3DES:!aNULL:!MD5:!DSS
to it and restarting apache:
sudo service httpd restart
