Hello,
I opened a Minecraft server on vps, but the connection between client and server is unstable. I can’t connect to server and show the error “Connection reset by peer”.
I tested servers in different regions, only Singapore has network problem.(Connect reset by peer) Server in New York works perfectly, but the network is too slow.(Ping up to 250ms) I can connect to Minecraft server via IPv6 in Singapore, But the connection via IPv4 is always showed the error.
Anyone can help me?

This sounds like it is likely a routing problem. While this question was asked quite a while ago, anyone else experiencing this problem should open a ticket with the support team so they can investigate any potential network issues that may be causing this.
Hey @pccr10001,
Hi @pccr10001,
This does sound weird. If someone else is experiencing the same issue it’s best to create a ticket with DigitalOcean’s support
With that in mind, first check the status page if there are any reported issues for the region you are in.
Hope that helps! - KFSys.
