hello, i have a problem. why when i activate modsecurity use SecRuleEngine ON, modsecurity not blocking attacks ? sorry my English is not good.

What kind of attacks? There are a lot of different kinds of attacks so a security rule to block attack Type-A will often not block attack Type-B.
