MS-SQL 'WEB' edition in Digital Ocean

Billing Ubuntu 16.04

I have a droplet in DO using Ubunto 16.04 and I installed Ms-sql, there are a few Ms-sql editions and the one I am interested in is the ‘WEB’.

It says here the pricing is dependent on the hosting, but I couldn’t find any information about it.

Does anyone can clarify this for me?

I already asked them twice, there is no answer from them even though they say their support is 24/7
