My account has been suspended and droplets missing. Will DO restore the droplets?

missed payment. account suspended. droplets not there.. how to restore it

You need to Contact Support.

If 14 days passed from Termination Urgent notice, Droplets and data will be purged and unrecoverable.

Billing FAQ should explain to you how billing works, especially What is an outstanding balance? should answer your question.

Mine was terminated after 7 days... Too short imo. I wasn't even sent an email when the services got terminated.. so that passed to quick to do anything about it. Leaving for a more reliable service.
