Hi there,

Yes, this sounds like the expected behavior. If you have a Cloud Firewall and you attach a Droplet to the firewall, any chances that you make to that Cloud Firewall will affect the attached Droplets as well.

    Thanks a lot for replying back, i missed a not in my question :( i am not seeing the cloud firewall rules reflected inside my droplet even after attaching the specific firewall to my droplet of ubuntu based one.

      Are you having a problem with opening or closing ports?

      If you are opening a port, make sure that you’ve also have a service running on that port in order for you to be able to access it. For example, if you are opening port 80, make sure that you have a web server like Apache or Nginx running on that port.
