I’m using nginx, if the browser write midominio.com what I see but if I type in the browser write www.midominio.com the website does not work me. I try adding DNS cname the following: EnterName -> www EnterName hostname -> @ EnterName -> * @ hostname EnterName

You need to add it to the nginx server block/vhost server name section, so in the config file instead of server_name midominio.com; like you currently have it, change it to server_name midominio.com www.midominio.com;
