My Domain Refused to Connect - ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

My website loads on my mobile network and from other locations. But won’t load on my iphone or Mac under my Virgin Media router. I have reset the router however I still get the same error message from the domain. What’s going on please?

If the site loads fine when you’re using a different network connection we can assume that the issue is only with the devices using the Virgin network.

What you can do is load the site using alternative browsers on your Mac, iPhone or any other device that experience issues accessing the site. You can also try to connect to another network from these devices.

If you’ve made any recent DNS changes this can explain the current situation, since a lot of IPSs would need some extra time to clear their DNS cache.
