My droplet access is blocked due to DMCA notice. I got DMCA notice last week for one of my domain which I promptly resolved and contacted DigitalOcean. I reached them through email and tickets several times. But no one seems to be responding to my issues. My droplet is down and affecting other sites which have nothing to do with this request. Why can’t you just block access to violating domain? Now entire droplet is down and no one responding. This is ridiculous. How to reach these guys? because they are not responding on email and through ticket? Quick help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
