My droplet access is blocked due to DMCA notice.

My droplet access is blocked due to DMCA notice. I got DMCA notice last week for one of my domain which I promptly resolved and contacted DigitalOcean. I reached them through email and tickets several times. But no one seems to be responding to my issues. My droplet is down and affecting other sites which have nothing to do with this request. Why can’t you just block access to violating domain? Now entire droplet is down and no one responding. This is ridiculous. How to reach these guys? because they are not responding on email and through ticket? Quick help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi there @earthquakelates,

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.

Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support/abuse team so that I can get this followed up for you?

Hope that helps! - Matt.

I also lost access to support portal now. It was working this morning and I opened incident ticket there. Now it seems to be not working. Not sure whats going on here? Can someone from DigitalOcean explain me this delay?
