My droplet is disabled. We replied to the ticket. and no response for my ticket for past 1 hour. There is no telephone or chat support.

My droplet is disabled. We replied to the ticket. and no response for my ticket for past 1 hour. There is no telephone or chat support.

We’re very sorry you encountered this problem. We do provide support via ticket only and our team does work towards a < 1hr response time but in times of high request volume there can be delays.
