My droplet networking changed and websites down after password reset.

Raised a ticket, still not resolved and all my websites down since 3 days now. Wonder how networking changed with password reset from control panel ? Going back and forth with support team on ticket with several commands getting nowhere. Console is also not working, console access is gone (was there few months ago). Am running all commands via recovery console.
