After some issues, I decided to reboot my droplet with reboot command. But then My droplet stuck on Recovery Mode, and I haven’t got so much info about Linux.
How can I start my droplet?

Could you please let us know what issues you were having before rebooting the droplet? This can help us with troubleshooting the issue.
Have you performed a Filesystem check? If not I will recommend you to check this in case there is a filesystem corruption.
You can choose the interactive shell [/bin/bash] and from there to check the server log files.
