Hello, @alinfilip

It seems like Apache is having issues, it is loading intermittently.

You can follow Bobby’s suggestion and examine the Apache error_log ‘/var/log/httpd/error_log’ in order to track down why it becomes unresponsive.

You can check if the Apache service is running before tracking the server logs.

It looks like the Plesk panel is now loading as expected and is no longer returning the not found error.

Would you mind sharing how you fixed the problem here with the community?

What I usually suggest in such cases is to check your server logs at /var/log/httpd/error_log so that you could see the actual error rather than the generic 404 not found.
