I’m trying to configure my email, and check the connection by " telnet smtp.ym.163.com 25" , after getting connected, the escape character for SMTP is ctrl+] So I want to confirm wjether my emails are being blocked on my DO droplet or not?

You are connecting to the remote server fine.
Do you mean blocked inbound ( to your server? ) or outbound ( sending to someone else from your server… )
Sending would be fine as its not being blocked.
