I have contacted them using every channel i could think of. I can’t boot into a recovery kernel because it’s not supported.

The answer is to leave this ridiculous company. I had a similar problem and the only thing their support is going to give you is to boot your droplet in recovery mode and then you are on your own. I took my files and i am gladly leaving them as a customer!
