My server sends mail, but does not receive mail. I have connected linux server with cyberpanel application. I am using cloudflare on a domain for SSL. I have setup all DNS there. I have implemented SSL on domain and webmail from cyberpanel. I have also installed SPAMASSASSIN.

Hi @thesutariya,

I know you’ve said you’ve configured all DNS but can you confirm if you created an MX record for your domain or not? This does sound a lot like not having an MX record.

  • I’ve checked the DNS and updated it several times but it still doesn’t work.

Visit this link for the current DNS records list - https://ibb.co/8DPr69d

Please guide me for the DNS records and webmail services to work.

    Thanks!

    • Hi @thesutariya,

Looking at your MX record for your domain, it’s mail.134.209.146.212. Having said that, when I try and ping it, I don’t see it working.

With that being said, you need to change the MX record to point to where your e-mails are hosted.

      • 134.209.146.212 is my digital ocean droplet IP address.

I am using a digital ocean for webspace and mail service, I have installed a cyber panel in the digital ocean for easy access.

After that, I have linked the domain and hosting using Cloudflare for SSL purposes. I have set all DNS there as you have seen in this image - https://ibb.co/8DPr69d

So, please can you describe to me the DNS records for this structure. I will delete all existing DNS and set it up again.

        Please do needful.
