Hello,
Most of the times, the Connection was reset error is related to your DNS. Have you checked your domain’s A record? Most probably it hasn’t been pointed to your DigitalOcean’s Droplet. I’ll recommend checking out the following docs on how you can do that
Additionally, you might have changed your DNS then however, it’s possible at the time you were checking that it hadn’t propagated yet.
